Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TakiWeb's hosting, VPS, dedicated server, and colocation services ("Services"). By ordering or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to host illegal content, distribute malware, send unsolicited bulk email, or engage in any activity that disrupts other customers or the network. We reserve the right to suspend service for violations after reasonable notice, except where immediate action is required to protect the network.

3. Billing

Services are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Service Level

Uptime commitments for applicable plans are described in our Service Level Agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TakiWeb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or your dashboard.
