This Privacy Policy describes how TakiWeb ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and Services.

1. Information We Collect

Account information (name, email, hashed password), billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers), support ticket contents, and basic usage data such as IP address for security and rate-limiting purposes.

2. How We Use It

To provide and bill for the Services, respond to support requests, detect abuse and fraud, and communicate important account or service notices. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Data Retention

We retain account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and legal purposes afterward. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.

4. Third Parties

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe receives payment details directly and is subject to its own privacy policy.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Sessions use signed, expiring tokens. All production traffic is served over TLS.
